Re: 3 L.A. Hospitals Take Patients to Skid RowFrom: Henry Gregor (henrygregor@yahoo.com)Tue Nov 29 17:36:11 2005
Come now, gentlemen, let's not think this situation is unique to the current administration or body politic...We were all seeing these situations during Carter's and Clinton's years, and FWIW, I don't think any administration in recent memory has so infuriated members of The Children's Defense Fund, as did Bill Clinton with his politcally astute/callous (its okay to reverse the order of the two words) "welfare reforms". This latter point was particularly attention getting to me, since the lady leading the organization (? Marianne Eidelman ????..sorry, old brain cells) and expressing greatest outrage was/is one of Clinton's oldest, closest friends and supporters. Partisan characterization won't help forward progress, IMHO. Hope I don't get flamed as some partisan opposite end of the spectrum ideolgue, having voted either third party or Dems, but never Dubbya' .. did vote for Bush 1, however.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
