Re: bad babies and BAD dayFrom: DMECNM@aol.comMon Nov 28 21:08:05 2005
In a message dated 11/28/2005 5:53:24 PM Pacific Standard Time, Babycatchers@aol.com writes: I am telling everyone I can find that this is OUT OF MY SCOPE-but the administration and the OB think I can handle it. That doesn't matter. It is out of every midwifery scope that I have worked in. Whether admin or the OB like it or not you need to make sure she is under the care of an MD. NOW! It has already gone bad. You don't have anything to back you up when it gets worse and there are no signs that it is going to get better anytime soon. Denise, CNM So Cal

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
