Take a look at these pictures of a primp footling breech birth. Aren't women wonderful creatures? In skilled hands a breech is not as dangerous as you might think. We have a midwife here in the UK who specialises in breech and multiple births at home. No problem.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
