We had a woman transfer here from the US. Not only had she had all these tests - to which she agreed, but without her knowledge or permission a full tox screen was done on her for every illegal drug you can think of. To my kowledge she had no history or behavour that would have indicated this test - and anyway surely she would still have to have consented even if there were doubts?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
