Dear Friends I have patient primigravida with 20 weeks pregnancy having severe oligohydramnion with renal multicystic disease. I have started induction of abortion with prostaglandin PGE2. It was applied twice intra cervically at interval of 12 hors , but there is no response. She is also given syntocinon drip with cervical dilating Epidosyn. After 36 hours, no cervical dilataion or uterine contraction also What sholud be furthur way to handle her?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
