I should have said..."one might also say nicht...." as I know, from my ancient HS language classes it means not cancer, but better out....however I've spent a lifetime going back to cover what I "should have" said...would be unseemly to change habits now, lol. BTW, good punning, which is to say, bad...but bad enough to be good. I think it was Alexander Pope who wrote that someone who would tell a pun like that would also stoop to pick someone's pocket...guess puns weren't on his radar screen for humor. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
