I recall somehwhere in my m emory banks that Rhogam 10mcg covers 1 cc of fetal blood, thus 300mcg dose covers 10cc fetal blood. Also as I recall it is good for 12-14 weeks that is why we give the first dose at 28 weeks and a second dose if needed at delivery.andy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
