Wow, hey, a picture of El and his family! Nice-looking bunch. Who else has a picture of themself and/or family on the internet somewhere? Would be interesting to be able to put faces with names sometimes. The only other lister I've ever seen a pic of was Bob Woolley.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
