I know it is way beyond the curve, but I tell all my patients that I plan on inducing them during their 39th week. 99% agree

I had a very pleasant American couple in yesterday, planning to get pregnant, and I told them with a smile on my face that there will be no such nonsens as Birthing plan, Pizza and so on, (here they are supposed to get Oxytocin/Ergometrin on the anterior shoulder, but never ever get it until after the baby is out. I don't do Brandt-Andrews unless the placenta doesn't pitch up on its own.)

They did however understand the concept of EBM

On the other hand I wonder why this culture? Maybe there are too many interventions in the US, when I read the standing room induction story I wonder.

And lastly if an Armenian doctor did any of this to a Turkish woman those two weirdos from the Bosporus would be up and shouting genocide again.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
