I agree with taking everything down. I would defer second operation until 8 to 12 weeks later to see what resolution of symptoms occur. Consider Trans Vaginal Obturatro Tape rather than TVT to avoid pladder. Also suggest EMG of left leg and CAT of spine r/0 disc problem etc. andy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
