This weekend long symposium features an outstanding program of lectures, tutorials, discussion forums, free communications, commercial exhibits and other educational events focusing on medical informatics and information technology (IT) as it relates to women’s health. The program, speakers, and topics have been carefully selected to be of great educational value the computer-challenged as well as technophiles.

The venue of the meeting is Marriott Marquis Hotel located on the Times Square in the heart of the New York City providing unsurpassed accessibility to all the best of New York; diverse shopping, fine restaurants and the famous Broadway nightlife. We hope you will join us for this informative and stimulating conference.

Registration will be limited to 150 participants

Fee:

a.. Registration after Aug 21, 2005 - $450 Accepted abstract presenters will be able to register at the reduced early registration fee ($ 350).

Call for Abstracts

Participants are invited to submit and present research findings, technical innovations, products or concepts related to medical informatics, imaging, bio-informatics, computerized medicine or any other aspect related to women's healthcare IT. Abstracts will be reviewed and accepted for either oral or poster presentations based on scientific merit, technical innovation, clinical application, or impact on the healthcare environment. We are currently negotiating with several publishers to include the accepted abstracts in a special supplement to the journal. We are also planning to either have a printed and/or online proceedings of the abstracts.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
