Johnson at Hopkins way back when took everone at high risk of PTD, including multiples, and randomized them. Got the same results even in the multiples and uterine anomalies. It never has caught on and people seem to not ever want to believe the studies. I mean, you can't make much money giveing a weekly injection. At least not as much as you can doing cerclages or running MgSO4 drips. Just my cynical humble and probably biased opinion.
