They had walked her 2 hours with no change. I told the nurse to send her home and tell her to have lots of sex. The nurse asked if I had a recommendation........boyfriend left two months ago. Ingrid I still don't understand this fixation on "natural" methods. It's like the bio-identical hormone scam. An estrogen receptor is an estrogen receptor, is an estrogen receptor - it doesn't know the difference from estradiol made in the ovary, plant or factory! The same with prostaglandins! Give her some cytotec or cervidil and get her out of your misery! ;+) Robert Modugno MD MBA FACOG Marietta, GA "What happens in Vegas, certainly doesn't stay in Vegas" R. Modugno 2005

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
