So why do I see all these patients on terb until 37 weeks? By the way, anyone remember Vasodilan? When I was a resident, one of the old guys used to routinely start all his patients on it at 26-28 weeks or so. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
