Do you think it might be 'put on' for the benefit of the OB? We have women who have clearly read the books and know exactly what to say when they get fed up with their pregnancies!! Baby not moving, abdo pain etc., etc. Cynical? You bet I am. Gail

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
