what happened?

I tended to a busy day today, and come back to find 90 messages from the list in my mailbox. Can't we all just get along? :) Suddenly, all kinds of people are coming out of delivery. If the list ever gets to slow, we should remember to discuss home birth and doulas.

I wish we had some way to one day meet to put the faces with the comments.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
