Well, perhaps not in the Kavango, but then they have about the higest infant and maternal mortality in the world there.

It's rather sad when people who have no clue talk about issues with experts.

Then maybe you are depriving a lot of women of their right to birth as they wish. And what exactly makes an expert? If you are an example of one then I shudder. Do the women you 'care' for have any idea what a misogynist you are - do these poor women have any idea what they are letting themselves in for - and have they a choice there in your hospital?? And your point about the Kavango is exactly mine - those women are not comparable to healthy women with good prenatal care and a qualified practitioner - they birth on their own in far from ideal conditions.
