terbutaline 'maintenence'

Because of the lack of any evidenced -based data on the use of terbutaline to "suppress' premature labor contractions on a prologed basis, at what gestational age do the listers discontinue oral "maintenence" terbutaline?

34 weeks?35 weeks?36 weeks? Do you use it at all after the initial episode and after steroids have been given?
