This is a gray zone - IMHO - it very much depends on your nursery - how confortable are neonatoligists dealing with prematurity - I would be inclined to give tocolysis x 48 hours, steroids (per protocol)and antibiotics - then observe closely with BPP's - reevaluate as you go along - you can change your mind afterwards and induce - but at least you gave the fetus a better chance - I think... GOOD LUCK!! Ef.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
