Art- I've been a fan of medical courts for over 10 years. Asking average citizens to figure out complex medical cases is like asking you or I to figure out why the last space shuttle malfunctioned. We would not have the expertise to do it. The fact that there are jury consultants who help pick the most favorable jury tells us our system is out of whack.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
