But there's the beauty. If you're arch-conservative on church doctrine, then what do you do with issues of poverty, the environment, etc.? Just look at what church doctrine, in the time of JP II, says about these things. If someone like Ratzinger simply followed the play book, there would be no problemo.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
