I'm looking for advice on treatment of skin changes during pregnancy. Particularly, I'm seeing a lot more women with what appears to be acne during pregnancy as well as more women with complaints of dry flaky skin. I'm not sure if it is a change from cold climate in Alaska to the more moderate temperatures of England, but I don't remember nearly this much before.

Does anyone have any favorite topical treatments for the treatment of these two disorders? I just feel bad saying it is "just due to the pregnancy"

Thanks,

Glen
