Transfer was among my first thoughts; our perinatal referral center (Salt Lake City) was consulted; they had no interest in a transfer until she reaches 24 weeks, since there is nothing they can realistically do until that gestational age is reached. Brian Fox, MD, FACOG, Elko, NV
