Robert, As far as I see it the guy missed a the head. If standard of care in your parts is that missing the head is acceptable but Ultrasound is not, so be it. However, I do find this almost as difficult to accept as the patient. Though she obviously had dollar signs in front of her eyes. greetings, el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
