That's great, Garry. Wouldn't it be nice if every day could be like that?

On Tues-Wed this week I went to a conference in the state capitol which involved visits to legislators on medical issues. At the information session on malpractice issues Tuesday evening, the speaker asked a room full of FP's how many had been sued in their career and every single hand went up. So much for FP's getting sued less often than surgical specialists.

At the outreach clinic today, one of my public aid pts showed me her wedding pics---they got married in HAWAII (with their 2-yr-old as flower girl)! (on the plus side, she did get married, and she is working on her high school diploma by correspondence course). After clinic, we took a field trip to tour our new temporary home in the urgent care department at the hospital. We lost our lease in the strip mall and have to be out by the end of this month.

I'm driving a rental car this week because my son crashed my van, 3 weeks after our daughter crashed our Saturn, and I'm typing this on my husband's computer instead of tucked in bed with my laptop because my hard drive crashed last night. On the plus side, I had one phone call and no deliveries last night on call, and we only lost one point out of 4 on the bowling league tonight, which moves us up to 2nd place. Sometimes it's the little things..........

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
