Midline above the umbilicus. Uterus right there. . . Classical incision into the placenta. Reached above it and found a foot. Thanks to E. Edward Partridge, a mentor: "Easy from above, easy from below." Garry PS--how would y'all close the fascia, i.e. type of suture, interrupted or what?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
