Need advice on handling G1P0 twins 22.5 weeks wih incompetent cervix Presents to office with discharge and cervix 3 com 80% with bow present but not "hourglassing". I am opting for cerclage, MFM consultant leaning toward bedrest expectant management. I started her on indomethacin 25 q 6 and IV antibiotics (WBC 16000 and CRP elevated. what does the group think??andrew

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
