Re: 19mm endometrial stripe : follow upFrom: Henry Gregor (henrygregor@yahoo.com)Mon Jan 3 05:04:07 2005
Agree, we're all just sharing opinions. I still think tissue needs assessment prior to therapy, and while doing a transvaginal endo assessment is quick and easy to perform, with about as low a learning curve as could be found amongst any list of things to gain skill in, I don't feel comfortable with the thought of putting too much weight on the endosono assessment picture. Correlations between endo thickness and appearance and ultimate histology vary so much over the map that journal reports on their meaning seem to have become a cottage industry onto itself.. Do good.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
