1) Am concerned that she may have a focus of ca. This lesion grossly you would swear was ca. It does demonstate that a single bx. of "simple hyperplasia" can be misleading 2) Pthologist wants specimen intact 3) She does have moderate pelvic relaxation , needs repairs and TVT JGB

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
