Joanne I'm sometimes pretty gross about getting out polyps - I look in with the hysteroscope, then get out my trusty Corson myoma grasper - put it in through the cervix and with luck, pull out the polyp. Can always look back in later to see if I got it all. Pity sonohysterography is not an option - if they do hysterosalpingograms, then this should be a "piece of cake". The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
