For these cases I use either 600 mcg Misoprostol into the posterior fornix repeated at 12 hour intervals, or if that fails intra-amniotic PgF2-alpha. Dinoprostone gel is for induction of labour at term. Cannot be expected to work for 2nd trimester termination. Neither will oxytocin unless used in massive doses. Steve Raymond dr.jayant wrote:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
