Therein lies the rub, in this study all 12 of the adverse outcomes occurred in the VBAC group - two perinatal deaths and 12 hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathies. Small number, but certainly statistically significant and consistent with other studies.

Ron maybe not - but - IMHO - you are in an increased risk of getting sued if a bad outcome occurs...maybe you should have halted the TOL and proceed with a repeat C/S -- who knows - ask ACOG?
