Re: VBACFrom: ainsron (ainsron@sbcglobal.net)Thu Dec 16 14:20:49 2004
How about the tertiary care center with multiple VBACs in labor simultaneously? Do you tell the them that If you are tied up with other patients in the OR that you cannot get their baby out within 15 minutes and that they are at increased risk of perinatal death or injury? Using that same logic, one should technically not be laboring any patients in that setting??? Thoughts??? Lynn Lynn D. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
