Try version and if that fails, recommend cesarean section. If she declines have her sign informed refusal. Then offer C/S again when she comes in labor and have her sign informed refusal if she declines again. If you're lucky, your call associates will be on when she comes in, then they can share the grief. Ronald E. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
