I have been on the pill for a few years now. I should be starting sugar pills tomorrow, but I am bleeding or discharging a reddish brown substance tonight. I have had unprotected sex while on the pill but have not missed any pills (though i don't always take them at exactly the same time, but close). What could this mean?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
