That about sums it up, and details are foggy 21 years later (probably due to 200mg Demerol and the crash general). Baby now 6'2" and causing more trouble than he ever did as an infant. (To celebrate his 21st, he threw a dry ice bomb in the bathroom and got himself kicked out of the dorm. *sigh*)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
