Oligohydramnios or simply reduced but pockets present? Seems like a problem of definition. Alternatively, there apparently is a recommendation ( perhaps in the latest edition of Creasy's text) that AFI's of less than 8 now may indicate delivery. will have to check ...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
