50 yo G3P1021 with first abnormal PAP showing LGSIL. Colposcopy was unsatisfactory. EMB was negative. ECC was negative. Cervical biopsy showed HPV effect. There wasn't anything impressive with the colposcopy at all. My options would be 1. repeat pap in 6 months 2. Excisional biopsy (LEEP, cone) 3. Review Pap and biopsy looking for some rationale. Any thoughts? D. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
