Excellent document Bob. If I were to use it, I would delete the reference to the time frame to prevent fetal injury in catastrophic rupture and replace it with a general statement. If not, this document may be produced in later litigation where the time frame was not met.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
