In essence, this patient came to L and D in early labor at 0800, and was there overnight. At 0300 the next day, SROM occured. At 1700, basically she snuck out, not to return. She was there around 32 hours with many CNM onsite visits. How in the heck do I code this one? I'm looking, but anyone with advise is welcome--on list or privately. Garry -- Garry E. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
