You can, I do. Or I let the pediatrician do it. I'm not tied to doing procedures for free. I let my patients decide. I don't consider a circumcision as part of a delivery any more than I consider a tummy tuck part of an abdominal hysterectomy.

Agree. We don't bill for it separately, but another practice does and collects.

Richard--can't get cash up front from patients on PPO/HMOs for covered services. In my world, that's about all of them.
