Of course. Regardless of what actually may transpire, phrases such as "traction on the head" (not even if "gentle"), "fundal pressure was applied" (by a 300 pound nurse), "fetal distress", etc. should NEVER be spoken and should NEVER be documented (unless you're trying to bankrupt your professional liability insurer).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
