devil's advocate ... why not simply extend the NST since every other parameter is ok? if after 90 mins the trace is still reactive ... then the likelihood of a sleep cycle is nil and you have a more urgent indication for delivery. oth, to echo the others' sentiments ... the best antepartum is a postpartum. art

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
