I counsel the same. And - as has been said - Many come in already decided - "can I just have it out?" and I say well - yes - but we do need to review what is out there - and what to expect from each - and what they want accomplished by the treatment.

I get so put out by these articles that make it look like we are dumb and only defending one turf. Someone dying at home from her menorrhagia does not mean that she should have had a UAE!
