Just like "ain't" R. Daniel Braun, MD "If everyone likes you, you're doing something wrong." Kinky Friedman I believe a self-righteous liberal or conservative with a cause is more dangerous than a Hell's Angel with an attitude. Where does it come from and why is an ex-South African using it? It's either "irrespective" or "regardless", but not a chimera of them both.
It's not a strange American word, Steve. It's originally an incorrect American word. However, now <sigh> it's at least IN the dictionary.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
