When I admitted her, I began a 24 hour urine collection and also gave her betemethasone. The morning following the "seizure", the collection was completed and later in the day returned with 1,000 mg of protein. With this additional piece of the puzzle, I deduced that the seizure was indeed eclamptic and delivered her. Moral of the story: Crazy people get sick also... Lynn
