A controlled mass media? The last time I checked, with the exception of
Fox News and some talk radio stations, the mass media was still pretty
leftward-leaning. Yeah, I guess it's a controlled mass media, just not
controlled by the fascist right. Just finished reading Treason by Ann
Coulter. Yeah, I know she tends to be an extremist, but she makes some
valid and well-documented points.
We had enemies as a unifying cause, militarism, and obsession with
national security during WWII. Did we become a fascist country or did
we make the world safe for democracy?
We HAVE a Republican president, in case no one has noticed. And Roe v.
Wade has not been overturned.
