Even though there were hopes that the COX 2 meds would not have the same
effects of ductal closure, decreased amniotic fluid volume, possible fetal
bowel and kidney issues as the earlier COX 1& 2 non-steroidals, it appears
they have the same potential for fetal risk. As such, they can be used only
for a limited time (72 hours period) between 24 and 32 weeks for indications
such as preterm labor or degenerating fibroids.

irritability, probably caused by adenomyosis or serosal endometriosis?
