methotrexate is so cheap ($8 for 100mg) that I do that in the office. It might be cheaper if I bought more - I buy a box of 10 vials and re-order when down to 2 vials.

For Rhogam - I have the patient pick it up from the blood bank/lab and bring it to the office - and the hospital gets to get reimbursed (or not)

Antibiotics - I don't carry those in the office.
