It's probably about the same here. Guess it depends on your priorities. I've seen people here with no insurance and not much of a job save up for boobs. Just depends on how much it affects you and what you feel the benefit will be. It can make LOTS of difference in self-esteem,which may help getting a job (and insurance, etc.) later.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
